        ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಆಕ್ಟ್ 1982 ರನ್ವಯ ನೊಂದಣಿಗೊಂಡ  ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಆಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಕೊಲಾಬ್ರೆಟಿವ್ ಸಿನಿ ಮೇಕರ್ಸ್ ಫಿಲಂ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಒಂದು ಅದ್ಬುತ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಇರುವ ಸರ್ವ ಪ್ರಕಾರದ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರನ್ನು ಒಂದುಗೂಡಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೋ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಹಿತಕಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ

ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಒಂದು ವಿನೂತನ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮೊತ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಘಟಕವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.    

ಈ ಮೇಲಿನಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಚಿತ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವವನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ವಿವಿಧ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಅವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಯೋಜಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟ, ತಾಲೂಕಮಟ್ಟ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಕರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಂತಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಸಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ   

ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು / ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಲೀನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿ ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ ಗೌರವವನ್ನು ಸಮಪ್ರಿಸಲು ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಸಂಸ್ತೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ

        ಸದರಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಳುಯ್ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಮುಖರನ್ನು, ಪರಿಣಿತರನ್ನು ಬ್ರಾಂಡ್ ಅಂಬಾಸಿಡರ್ ಎಂದು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ಉದೆಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರನ್ನು ನೆಮಿಸಿಕೊಲ್ಲಲಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶದ ಖರ್ಚು ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ. ವಂತಿಕೆ, ವಿವಿದ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದ ಸಹಾಯಧನ, ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಕರು, ಜಾಹಿರಾತುದಾರರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯಲು ಇಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅನ್ವಯ ಠರಾವು ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
