ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಕಥೆ

             ಅದೊಂದು ಭಯಾನಕವಾದ ಸ್ಮಾಶಾನ ಆ ಸ್ಮಶಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮಾಟ ಮಂತ್ರ ತಂತ್ರಗಳೆಂಬ ಮಹಾ ಭಯಾನಕ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಒಂದು ಕಡೆಯಾದರೆ ದೆವ್ವದ ಮನೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತೀತಿ ಇದ್ದ ರಸ್ತೆ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಂದು  ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಾಗ ಕೇಳಿ ಬರುವ ಚಿರಾಟದ ಸದ್ದು ಜನರನ್ನು ಭಿತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

          ಮಾಲಿಸಿ  ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತ  ಹುಡುಗಿಯರನ್ನು ಮರುಳು ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಘೂಡ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಜೊತೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕಾಣೆಯಾದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ಪಾಲಕರು ಪೋಲೀಸರ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವರು ಪೂಜೆ ಪುನಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಟ ಮಂತ್ರದ ಸಹವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

          ಒಂದು ಕಡೆ ಕಾಣೆಯಾದ ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಡೆ ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದೆ.

ದೆವ್ವದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಾಗ ಕೇಳಿಬರುವ ಭಯಾನಕ ಶಬ್ದಗಳು ಜನರನ್ನು ಭಿತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಡೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪಾಲಕರು ಭಯಭೀತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದೆವ್ವದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಐವತ್ತಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ದೆವ್ವ ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪೀಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರು ಅತ್ಯಂತ  ಭಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ತಿನ್ನಲೂ ಸಹ ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹತಾಶರಾದ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರು ಸೈಕೋ ಕಲಾವಿಧಾನ ಉಪಟಳಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಖಿನ್ನತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆ ಹಸಿವಿಗಾಗಿ ಗೋಳಾಡುವ ಪರಿಸ್ತಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಭಯ ಭೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೂ ಸೈಕೊ ಕಲಾವಿಧ  ಬಾಲಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಪಿದಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ ಆದರೆ ಸೈಕೋ ಕಲಾವಿಧಾನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವ ಸುಳಿವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಲಾ ಕಡೆಯೂ  ದೆವ್ವದ ಮನೆಯ ಭಯ   ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ  

ಬಾಲಕಿಯನ್ನು ಸೈಕೋ ಕಲಾವಿದ ತನ್ನ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದು ಬಾಲಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಪಿಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಬಾಲಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಮಾಧಕವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಅವರ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುತ್ತ ಆನಂದ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ ಸೈಕೋ ಕಲಾವಿಧ. ಹೀಗೆ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಅನುಭವಿಸುವ ಸೈಕೋ ಕಲಾವಿಧ ಆ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕೊಠಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಡೆ ನಿಧಿ ಆಸೆಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಂತ್ರಿಕರು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಬಲಿ ಕೊಡಲು ಸಿದ್ದತೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ

ಹೀಗೆ ಭಂದಿತರಾದ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಪೈಕಿ ಒಂದು ಹುಡುಗಿ ಹೇಗೋ ಮಾಡಿ ದೆವ್ವದ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾಳೆ  ಆದರೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ದೆವ್ವವೊಂದು ಬಾಲಕಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿ ಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ ಆದರೆ ದೆವ್ವದ ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಗದ ಬಾಲಕಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ರಸ್ತೆ ಪಕ್ಕ ಬಿದ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾಳೆ,  ಜನಜಂಗುಳಿಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಬಂದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ದೆವ್ವ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಮಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಆದರೆ ದೆವ್ವದ ಭೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಗಾದ ಬಾಲಕಿ ತನ್ನ ಸಹಜ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಾಳೆ ಅವಳೇ ವಸತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತನ  ಮಗಳು,

ಕೆಲಸದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಅಪ್ಪ ಮಗಳ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿದು ತುಂಬಾ ನೊಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ ಉರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಬಾಲಕಿಯರು ಕಾಣೆಯಾದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ  ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ತನ್ನ ಪತ್ತೆದಾಯಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಶುರುಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ, ತನ್ನ ಮಗಳ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಲಾಗುತ್ತಾ  ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಇದೆ ಭೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತನ ಮಗಳು ಸತ್ತು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ  ತನ್ನ ಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ತಂದವರನ್ನು ಸದೆಬಡೆಯಲು ಮುಂದಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ,

 ಪತ್ತೇದಾರಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಶುರು ಮಾಡಿದ ವರದಿಗಾರನ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ವಿಚಿತ್ರ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಂಶಯ ಬಂದು ಅದರ ಜಾಡನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಹೋರಟ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ರಹಸ್ಯಮಯ ಸ್ಥಳ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಇದರ ಹಿಂದಿರುವ ರಹಸ್ಯಯನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸುವ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಧಿಟ್ಟ ಬಾಲಕಿ ನೆರವಾಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ ಬಾಲಕಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು  ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೈಕೋ ಕಲಾವಿಧ, ಪಾಲಿಸಿ ಮಾರಾಟದ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರ ವಶೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮಾಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಪೋಲಿಸರಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತ, ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಇರುವ ಇಂತಹ ಮಾಟಗಾರರನ್ನು ಭಂದಿಸಲು ಸರಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಮಾಟಗಾರರ ಜಾಹಿರಾತಿಗೆ ಮರುಳಾಗಿ ಕೌಟುಂಬಿಕ ವಶೀಕರಣ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾಟಗಾರರ ಬೆನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿ ಹೋರಟ ಪಾಲಿಸಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮಹಿಳೆ ತನ್ನ ಜೀವದ ಮೇಲಿನ ಸಾಸೆಯಿಂದ ಮಾಟಗಾರರ ವಶವಾಗಿ  ಅವರ ಬೆದರಿಕೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರ ಅಪಹರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಸಾಬಿತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ದೆವ್ವದ ಮನೆ ಎಂದು ಸುಳ್ಳು ವದಂತಿ ಹರಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮನೆ ಈಗ ನಿರ್ಗತಿಕ ಆಶ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ,

ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಗಿಯದ ಕಥೆ ತನ್ನ ಮುಂದಿನ ರೂಪವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ, ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಮಾಟಗಾರರು ಕಾಮುಖರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಯೂ ಪ್ರಸರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಕಠಿಣ ಕಾನೂನು ತಂದರೂ ಇಂತವರ ಉಪಟಳ ಇನ್ನೂ ನಿಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ದೇಶ ಸಂಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಉರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಅಪಹರಣ ಆರಂಬವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವಕ ಇಂತಹ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಆದರೆ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗದ ಇಂತಹ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಸಾಗುತ್ತವೆ ಈಗ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ಮಾಂತ್ರಿಕನಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ……..

Place of Business:

The place of business shall be carried at office of the KARABHARI HOUSE, ASHOK ROAD, HEALTH CAMP, BETAGERI GADAG 582102 Karnataka, India and if the members or appointed person under Firm as Partner / producer / director / shareholders / clients of programs can be carrying on at any Other places under the same name, or non other as may be agreed upon by the President of Trust

1. Capital :

          That the business capital will be different for every projects created  or published  by the firm and for every projects there will be different Capital as per program schedule or program project and for every project separate agreement must be attached with the share deed or Program Agreement and every project Capital will be divided by 1000 Share  No’s (Capital 60,00,000/ – % Share Amount 6000/- = Share No’s 1= 6000/-) share will be distributed and divided with share holders as per attached separate agreement and invested shares as per agreed agreement by the firm and share holders agreement ( agreement will be made in separate and attached to the deed on  government stamp paper along with Notary Certification.   

The Project capital will be 60,00,000 for Project _________________________________  and carried capital of 50% by the owner of the firm and 50% will be collected by the share holders and share holders share is not for sell it can be used by their nominee for 2 generations only. Share is non transferable and non refundable.   

                 Above mentioned Business Capital is for ONE PROJECT _________________ Only And it may be invested by Owner / Partners / Programmer or any and also collected by Public by providing share certificate by the firm. Anyone can be a share holders of the project by investing the part of the capital and every share holders will be a production sleeping partners in which production they will invest the share.  and they will get the Income of  Equal profit from the Invested Project, the percentage will be calculated by profit or loss of production and it will be made in different Agreement with Program capital Project and divided Percentage of the Profit or loss.

Sleeping Partners are the part of the production and all programs will be planned by the owner of the firm. All partners must carry the program agreement with the Share holders and work hard to develop for firm and programs and productions of the firm.

All Partners are working under the Partnership Act and the owner of the firm are as below

All plans and programs will be arranged by the owner. All Partners are Partners for the development of the firm and profit of the firm but in the Final Design of the Firm or Programs or Projects will be made by the owner of the firm only and Owner will be the Authorized person of Director of the firm and all partners are sleeping partners they have to join their hands for the development of the project.  Share holders are not the partners of the firm but they are the partners of the project or Production arranged by the firm on  every  share holders agreement and the separate agreement must be  be attached and the profit of share holders will be mentioned on their separate agreement and the profit of the firm from the program will be divided as per partners percentage share agreement. Share holders as required for the same and in future it is being agreed by they shall contribute the required capital as Programming plans or Project Plans to increase the wings of the business And every project Capital will be divided into 1000 Shares and it will be divided into share holders and share holders Agreement will be done by the firm with attachment of partnership deed. And share agreement is not transferable, share holders don’t have any authority to sell their share to others but in case of share holder death share holders nominee can continue the share by his name. 

Further if any member desires not to be continue the project & has to be stop the project they can but service charges, man power charges, programming, any Other charges capital [still ongoing time] full capital of share  will be not refunded, and it will be decided & collected as per loss of firm and project. And after calculating the remaining percentage can be refunded or  taken for the profit of the particular  production or program . The final decision maker is the owner /president of the firm.

The profit of the project will be calculated after the project published or released  and the share of investor will be settled as per agreement with firm.  Investor will be informed of the date to which they have agreed before conducting the project with firm and investor should be affidavit under the government stamp paper with notary approval.

• Duration:

The duration of the firm shall be @ “PARTNERSHIP DEED” & PROJECT AGGREMENT

• Accounting period:

The accounts of the firm shall be closed on every financial year ending on 31^st march, (after publishing of the project)

And the amount of profit or loss shall be transferred to their respective investors Account only.

• Banking Transaction :

The firm shall borrow funds from banks, financial institutions of other private registered parties for the purpose of the business of the firm or collect shares From the Public, the bank account opened in the name of the Firm / Project / Project Head shall be Operated by Owner / President of the Firm or by the tiny or person appointed by the Owner / President.

• Remuneration to the working partners:

That the Owner / President agreed to devote their firm & energy to the working of the Project Activities & agreed to actually engage themselves to the Project every Day, I consideration of their services to the Project investors unanimously Decided & pay the total remunerations as follows:

1. As per agreed agreement for the share of particular programs. Or Lower as debited to profit & loss a/c.

That the Share Holders shall be the sleeping partners & will look after the work of the projects & producing partner, Share Holders, of Project that the aggregate amount of remuneration payable to client will be the maximum amount allowable as deduction The provision of the income tax act 1961 & such aggregate of remuneration shall be allow Cited to the following working partner in the proportion of given here under. However in Case of losses no book profits & no remuneration would be paid.

• Capita For the purpose of above calculation the book profits shall be computers defined in explanation 3 of section 40 (b) of the Income Tax Act 1961 or another applicable. Provisions as may be in force for the income tax assessment or ownership firm for the relevant accounting period.
• Change in the constitution :

In case there is a change in the constitution of the firm in the accounting Year, the profits &  loss between the two periods would be apportioned On time basis ,if being assumed that profit &loss ,accrued evenly through Out the previous accounting year .

1. Supplement DEED OR Addendum :

If is hereby agreed to all the programmer / Investors / Share Holders by a supplementary deed .Agreement / addendum/ Any of the clauses in the programmers may be altered /amended/added/ Deleted.

1. That the Partnership, shall be governed by the INDIAN PARTNERSHIP ACT, 1932 
2. That no programmer / investors without consent of the other partners  Transfer his share or interest in the firm program to any other party, but at the  Time or retirement of program / investors, the partners reserve the  Right to the take the share of the returning partner.

     14) ARBITRATION

That in case of any dispute regarding the conducting of business of the firm Interpretation of the terms & conditions of this deed, such matter shall be Referred to arbitration under the law as applicable on the date of reference To arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940That the matters which are not expressly provided in this indenture, shall As far as possible    be settled amongst the   Owner of the firm and share holders
