Appointed as Karnataka State Secretary for All India Collaborative Cine Makers Film Board Council Trust

BANGALORE – The National Executive Committee of the All India Collaborative Cine Makers Film Board Council Trust has officially announced the appointment of Ms. Hema U as the Karnataka State Secretary.

​The appointment was confirmed by the organization’s National President, Raa Dea Karabhari, and National Secretary, Mary RaaDea Karabhari. Ms. Hema, a respected figure from Bangalore, will now lead the council’s initiatives within the state to strengthen the local film industry.

Advocating for the Film Fraternity

​In her new role, Ms. Hema U will serve as a vital bridge between independent filmmakers and major industry bodies. Her primary focus will include:

  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Movie Makers Association and the Film Chamber to streamline production processes.
  • Support: Addressing the grievances and professional needs of directors, producers, and technicians across Karnataka.
  • Growth: Promoting Sandalwood (Kannada Cinema) on national and international platforms through the Council’s collaborative network.
